Course Overview
An interactive, evidence-based programme that builds practical communication skills for
real-life situations. Designed for Transition Year students, older students and graduates.
The programme builds self-awareness, emotional intelligence, trust and mutual respect,
helping students recognise their strengths and the value they bring. It teaches them to
adapt their communication style to different settings and to develop a strong and authentic
personal presence. Students see that calmness, clarity and confidence are skills that can be
learned and strengthened with practice.
These skills support young people to feel more assured in themselves and more capable in
their interactions in education, the workplace and beyond.
MODULE 1
Etiquette for All
Participants will feel confident leading social and professional
interactions, putting others at ease and leaving a lasting positive
impression.
